Trust & legal

charity.fun is infrastructure, not a broker, custodian, charity or tax advisor. Read this page before configuring a redirect.

What fee redirection is

A redirect configuration describes how a share of a token's creator fees should be split across verified charities. Redirection only takes effect through signed onchain transactions. Until that integration is live and tested, configurations saved here are drafts and move no funds.

Irreversibility

Onchain transfers cannot be reversed by charity.fun. If a configuration is marked permanent, we cannot undo it on your behalf. Review addresses and percentages carefully before signing anything.

Tax deductibility

charity.fun does not issue tax receipts and makes no representation that a routed transfer is deductible in your jurisdiction. Deductibility depends on the recipient organization, your residency and local law. Consult a qualified advisor.

Token purchases

Buying a token is not a donation. charity.fun does not sell, promote, endorse or evaluate any token, and a token appearing on this site is not an investment recommendation.

No financial guarantees

Creator fees vary with trading activity. A configured percentage is a share of whatever fees occur, not a committed amount. We guarantee no minimum, no schedule, and no outcome.

What verification means

Verification means a reviewer checked an organization's registration documents and payout details against the sources listed on its profile. It is not an audit, a program evaluation, or an endorsement of any token that selects it.

Data provenance

Totals, transfer counts, rankings and badges on this site are computed from confirmed records only. Pending and failed transfers are excluded. Where there is no data, the interface says so instead of estimating.

Document privacy

Charity onboarding documents are uploaded to a restricted private bucket and are readable only by the submitting organization and authorized reviewers. Review actions are written to an append-only audit log.
